2. Scope

These terms govern the pre-order and sale of the “Gentlemen Baroudeurs · Roads & Climbs of Belgium” jersey on this site.

3. Product and sizes

Short-sleeved cycling jersey, available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. The first printed batch has a small error on the size labels: the site’s size guide (chest measurement in cm) is the reference for choosing your size. Images are indicative.

4. Price

Prices in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery costs shown before payment. The launch price (for example €64.99 instead of €77) applies to orders placed during the offer period.

5. Pre-order, payment and delivery

A pre-order involves no payment at checkout. Once the batch has arrived, we e-mail you a payment link; payment is made by instant bank transfer (QR code) or regular SEPA transfer. Once payment is received, the jersey is shipped via Mondial Relay (to the pick-up point you chose) or handed over in person in Namur. Until you have paid, you can cancel free of charge by writing to hello@gentlemenbaroudeurs.cc. If, for a reason beyond our control, the jersey cannot be delivered, you will be informed and nothing will be charged.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of the jersey to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to hello@gentlemenbaroudeurs.cc. The jersey must be returned in resalable condition; return costs are at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of dispatch.

7. Legal guarantee

The jersey is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided to consumers under Belgian law.

8. Personal data

See our privacy policy. The e-mail address you give us (pre-order, “Keep me posted” form, or a submitted post) may be used to contact you about your order or post, and for Gentlemen Baroudeurs communications (pre-order opening, the jersey, club news). Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link; you can also write to hello@gentlemenbaroudeurs.cc.

9. Governing law, disputes

Belgian law applies. In case of a dispute, contact us first at hello@gentlemenbaroudeurs.cc. You may also use the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (mediationconsommateur.be). Failing agreement, the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
